Issues:
- This week I had to give a refund on a plate that I sold. It happens, but fortunately not very often. The good news is that the plate was under $15 and the buyer was very understanding because as you can see from the picture the post office did a number on the box.
- I had a person place an order with me and than the next day cancelled because he thought the shirt was an XL and not an XXL. Easy fix thankfully.
