Thoughts: What can I say it was a really lousy week. Unfortunately it will be like this for at least another month. This is the time of year was kids are back in school and families are getting back into a routine and my sales always suffer. It is always like that on Ebay. I just have to remember that the holiday season will more than make up for this lull. Sales dropped up more than $500 this month, but honestly this is due to my big ticket items not selling as well.

Thoughts: What can I say it was a really lousy week. Unfortunately it will be like this for at least another month. Thoughts: The Blues jersey was a big sell, but unfortunately this is the season where I don't tend to sell much. I just have to keep listing and remember that the holiday season is right around the corner and to have items ready for it. Hopefully next week will be better.
Issues: This doesn't happen very often, but there was a buyer who bought a pair of shoes from me for $25.00 and didn't pay for them. I have my setting set up where if a buyer doesn't pay after 7 days from purchasing the item Ebay opens a case against them. I always email my buyers if they haven't paid within 5 days about this and that I can't cancel the order after Ebay opens a case and they will usually pay. This buyer just decided he wasn't going to pay and Ebay stepped in and relisted my item for me.

Wow not a good week at all. I fell well short of my $150.00 a week goal. Unfortunately there will be weeks like this, bit hopefully not too many. The biggest thing I can attribute to this bad week is the fact that I wasn't listing as much. I try to list 5 items a day so I can keep my inventory fresh and have my subscribers keep coming back to my store every day. This week with the start of work and having to clean the house up from all of the dust left by the popcorn ceiling project I just didn't have the time to list.

Issues This Week: Even though my sales were not as much this week, I am really happy with them. I have had very limited access to my house this week because we had some workers scraping all of the popcorn from our ceiling and painting them. This is a messy job and every room had to be taped off with plastic which meant I had trouble gathering any items that I sold. Basically everything you see sold was sold on Sunday night or Friday. There were many times I had to decline good offers because I knew I couldn't get to the items. The good news is that I have access to my house again and can accept those good deals again.

Again it has been a really amazing week. I honestly can't remember the last time I sold two items in a week over $100. Now the real challenge begins because I start work again this week and won't have as much time to list and scour for good deals. Also this week my wife went and showed me exactly what she wanted for her bathroom remodel and I now have a more realistic idea of how much it will cost to redo. I will need about $5000 for the complete remodel and I am hoping this is doable with just my Ebay for a full year. Keep checking it to see how close I am getting.
